Very pleased with the prompt attention I received by everyone involved to ensure replacement of the Cobra 3 helicopter. Cobra staff were exception to deal with and the post office kept me informed of shipping details. A big thank you to one and all.

This is a great toy, and we'd certainly buy another. We had some unknown problems with the first one we had, but were pleased by the prompt service received to correct (in this case replace) th problem.
