I had bought a helicopter last Christmas and just recently it stop functioning. I wrote cobra toys and Jane was excellent in helping me find the problem and then ultimately replacing the item. I would have to applaud Cobra and their tremendous customer service. A +++++

I'm not that new to remote flight but in general yes. I've owned the LiteHawk and LiteHawk Pro small heli's and have learned to fly with those thankfully.
Now my first flight in a relatively small aisle in my barn was pure bliss the day after christmas and I'll say that it was simply great. Of course I was expecting the smooth operation that the LiteHawk copters have and my Cobra S031 was the perfect match. Flight was extremely smooth, control was spot on and the speed wasn't insanely out of control yet brisk if needed.
My copter will have to be tweaked by placing 1 or 2 quarters for weight as hovering tends to be tail heavy slightly. Otherwise the copter has excellent physics and the gearing performs sound.
I'm very very impressed with the website and parts replacement appears available which again is critical to any RC fan. I now have a 2nd favourite RC provider...Cobra. Thanks.

watched it fall from some where around 50 feet up was able to pick it up and use it. its takes time to get use to it but lots of fun for the kid in all of us
