Bad dealer-Good Company February 21, 2011

I bought this copter from a fly by night dealer at the Toronto Bike Show (Elite Toys from Quebec...beware). The copter was riddled with problems and had no owners manual in the box. Couldn't find the dealer so I emailed Cobra Toys and explained the problem. After providing proof of purchase and a couple of photos I recieved in the mail a complete new package at absolutely no cost to me(with a manual this time). Works perfectly. Hats off to a company with excellent customer support.

I purchased a cora helicoptor for my two sons as a christmas gift. One worked as expected but unfortunately one did not work no matter what we did. We  had an issue with the supplier of the product , but thanks to a very patient representative of the company we were able to avail of the warranty. We are pleased with our experience and would give great consideration to purchasing through the company again in the future.

I fly Chinooks for the Army and this is the best replica for them I have seen.  I love it and fly it outside all the time (near sunset when the wind dies down).  Very stable for an RC heli.  Haven't needed spare parts yet so I didn't reduce the rating based on that issue.  Totally worth it.

Very nice model to fly, very stable, pretty easy to get the hang of it.
I could only give it a four star rating due to the availability of spare parts.
It would be nice to have those spares for those bad days :O
